Terms and Conditions

Your credit card details are required to guarantee your booking up to your arrival at the hotel. Payment will be made exclusively to the hotel. If you cannot take up your booking, you need to cancel no later than 3 days before your date of arrival. Please take into account that the date of arrival starts at 0.00 am (CET.). Bookings not cancelled 3 days before arrival and in case of no-show, will be billed at a cost equivalent to the price of the first night. A different cancellation policy may apply for group bookings. The hotel will contact you within 24 hrs. if this is the case. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

PLEASE NOTE: If the name of the person who makes the reservation is different from the name of the credit cardholder, we reserve the right to request sending by fax or email, an express permission from the part of the paying customer/ guarantor anda legible photocopy ofthe payment card andthe identity card,or passportof the credit cardholder.
